At Battery Solutions, we keep pricing simple and upfront, so you know exactly what to expect before we arrive.

✅ Standard Call-Out Fee

• $99 (incl. GST)

• Covers travel within 30km of our Rolleston depot

• Includes 30 minutes with your vehicle for testing, jump-starts, tyre changes, or fuel delivery

• Applies Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm

🌙 After-Hours, Weekend & Public Holidays

• Outside business hours & weekends: $148.50 per hour (time and a half)

• Public holidays: $198 per hour (double time)

🚐 Travel Beyond 30km

• $2 per km (incl. GST)

⏱ Time On Site

• First 30 minutes included in call-out fee

• After 30 minutes:

  • Business hours: $99 per hour (charged in 15-minute blocks)

  • After-hours/weekends: $148.50 per hour

  • Public holidays: $198 per hour

🔋 Batteries

• Batteries are individually priced depending on your vehicle

• You’ll be advised of the cost before replacement

• Full payment is required before installation

⛽ Fuel Delivery

• $3 per litre (incl. GST)

• Supplied in a 10-litre container

• Available for both petrol & diesel

💳 Payments

• Mobile EFTPOS available

• Most major cards accepted (surcharges may apply)

• ⚠️ Call-Out Fee must be paid upfront before we leave to assist you
